I would like to compliment The GRA Group for the superlative job you all did on our recent customer incentive trip to The Dominican Republic. This trip, our 11th, was unique in that we changed destinations more than half-way through the year as a result of the unrest in Mexico.
In spite of this, the trip went seamlessly, and no one other than you and I ever realized what had happened. Our guests loved Casa de Campo, and everyone commented on how organized each activity, cocktail party and dinner were. As you know, every customer gets taken out to dinner at least once, and every night the cars to take our guests to and from the restaurants appeared like magic.
Both our opening beach party and our final farewell dinner-dance were in wonderful settings with great food and perfect service.
As usual, your front office staff did an unbelievable job, dealing with the late cancellations and, in some cases, the even later additions.
Please extend our thanks to you and all the great people at The GRA Group for making this annual event so memorable for so many.
