We will meet with your sales staff to explain the program and teach them how to use the trip as a powerful selling tool. We will design promotional peices to announce your trip and build you a custom trip website.
Pre-Trip
KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS ENGAGED +. TRACK PROGRAM PERFORMANCE + REGISTER QUALIFIED CUSTOMERS TO TRAVEL + PLAN FOR TRAVEL LOGISTICS + MAINTAIN FOCUS ON BUDGET
We will develop an online registration system for those customers who have earned the trip, and are ready to commit to traveling. We will set up air schedules and book tickets, as well as plan for moving your group while on location. We will keep an eye on the finances, continuously working to make sure the trip operates within budget.
The Trip
ONSITE EXECUTION + KEEP IT ENTIRELY YOUR EXPERIENCE
GRA staff will be on-site, both in advance and during the program, ensuring that everything for your program is in order and functioning smoothly, assuring an unforgettable travel experience for you and your customers. We will provide a private hospitality desk, staffed by GRA as well as representatives from the local DMC, to answer questions, make reservations, arrange optional tours, and handle any issues you or your customers may have.
Post-Trip
PROGRAM FINANCIAL RECONCILIATION + REVIEW / FEEDBACK / SURVEYS
At the conclusion of your program, we will meet and discuss the final expenditure reconciliation. We will assure how this travel initiative impacted the relationships between your customers and your company. We will collect valuable customer feedback for the best indication of the true 'value' of the program — your customer relationships.
